Karie Posted June 2, 2012 Share Posted June 2, 2012 I'm trying to compile a list of books I want my boys to read this coming year for 6th and 8th grade. We are doing Modern History this year (1850-present). I've checked out Sonlight, Winter Promise, Veritas, etc, but I'm curious what book lists you have used for this time period and for this middle school age group. Thanks! Sgt York, and With Lee in Virginia, are two that come to mind. DD didn't like them, but I hear the boys in her class did :lol: Blessings!
