If I created a course that uses books I did not write, what are the copyright issues involved (if any?) Can I publish said curriculum without contacting the book publisher? Does it matter if I sell it, vs. publishing it for free? I am not quoting any portion of the books in the curriculum; it is really a schedule of what to read when, with questions and tests I created.
