myboyluvsdinos
Hi everyone, I know several weeks ago (or maybe a couple of months?) there were some working memory workbooks that people posted links to. I saved them on my computer and was meaning to buy one, and then my laptop crashed, was fixed, and in the process wiped clean. So now I have no idea what the names of those workbooks are again! So sorry to bother you all again, but I'd really like to order one to work with ds this summer. Thanks in advance! Carolyn
The Bobby Soxer
Do a search on the Special Needs board using the tag words "working memory" and that thread should pop up. Sorry, I don't know how to add a direct link. This is what I ordered http://www.achievepublications.com/a...ialmemory.html It is a basic list of numbers and words but I was glad to have the score sheets and instructions. I thought it was worth it, others did not. Good luck on your search! :grouphug:
Finnella
Linguisystems has a set of books for Executive Function that include exercises for improving working memory. They're listed by grade level, but my understanding (thanks to OhElizabeth) that you should start with Book One.
merry gardens
here's one we used from linguisystem that works exclusively on memory. It's very good. http://www.linguisystems.com/products/product/display?itemid=10038
