Paige
Have any of you seen or bought the new dolls from A Girl for All Time? I think they look beautiful and I'm wondering how the quality compares to American Girl dolls. They have books and accessories like AG dolls but the girls and their stories are set in England. They have a Tudor doll available now and a Victorian doll available in Sept. My DDs say they'd rather have these than the AG dolls they had on their wish list but I'm hesitating since they are so new and I've never heard of them until recently. Someone in England should buy one and report back! :tongue_smilie:
frugalmama
They look smaller {16" instead of 18"} than the American Girls dolls - that would make finding clothing harder IMO.
Paige
http://www.dollsbehavingbadly.com/2011_12_11_archive.html If you scroll down a bit, you'll see a comparison with some other dolls. Thanks! That helped a lot. I didn't notice before that she didn't have a soft body. I wonder if my girls would like the vinyl body as well or not. The size might be an issue too. I wonder if they could wear Bitty Twins' clothes?
