Teachin'Mine
I know that 12 to 18 credits is usual for a semester of college with 15 being "average". What is the usual course load during the summer? The courses are completed in about half the time of the usual semester courses. TIA :) Edited March 23, 2012 by Teachin'Mine
Pammy
summer semesters, then 4 classes (12 credits) would be a full load. I would not advise anyone to take a course they struggle with in the summer, I learned the hard way (math is not easy for me, and it was torture in the summer). HTH! Teachin'Mine
PLUS, consider that the student has 2 hour classes mon- fri during that summer session. So even if they just take 2 classes, they are sitting in class for 4 hours a day, then going home to do homework. You couldn't do much more than that... Good point. :)
