Are these required and what do I need (paperwork) to submit if she will not be getting one of the vaccines? How do I find out what is required vs recommended? NanceXToo Posted February 26, 2012 Share Posted February 26, 2012 No vaccines are required, you can use an exemption if you don't want to get the vaccine. The homeschool affidavit I use says: "I attest that the student has received the immunizations required by law, or that the student has a medical, religious, or philosophical exemption."
