Well, I should say, we are putting in an offer on a house on Monday. :D It is in the town where we really want to live. It has an awesome school district. I don't intend to use it, but I am relieved knowing it is there, should the need arise. The house is 700 sq ft bigger than the house we are renting and it has 4 bedrooms instead of three.
