TrixieB
I just bought 30 Day Shred. Before I open the packaging and make the DVD non-returnable, I want to know: If you used it, what kind of results did you see? On the packaging it claims "lose up to 20 pounds in 30 days" but, you know, there's not always truth in advertising. I would like to lose 2 clothing sizes, but would be happy with losing one. Classical Country Mama
I faithfully followed Shred last January (a year ago). I also radically changed my diet--no junk, just healthy stuff, appropriate portions. I started with 65lbs to lose. In those 30 days I lost 17lbs. Can't stand Jillian, but I'm a fan of the program. MindyD
I didn't pay attention to the weight loss "promise" because so much is dependent on eating, how much you have to lose, other health issues, ect. But it WILL get you in better shape. Good luck!
Xuzi
Well, as long as it says "UP TO" x number of pounds, it's not false advertising. Anything between 0 and x = "up to". ;) But anyway... I have the DVD, started doing it when I still had 40 pounds to lose, and lost about 5 pounds in that first month. BUT, I saw lots of other positive changes: my shoulders got *amazing* definition in them (more "squared off" rather than that soft, rounded look that I really disliked), my thighs firmed up, and my core strength increased dramatically. I LOVE the program. :)
Pretty in Pink
I didn't have any weight to lose but I did drop a pants size and my core was really tight and toned. My tummy and bum looked awesome!
