I'm not running out to get the other books in the series, but there is a pull to at least see what happens . . . Yes, exactly. I read it because all 3 of my kids were reading it . It's just what you said. It's not great, but you want to know what happens. My ds is getting the 3rd one for Christmas, because I'm just happy he wants to read a book that long & he read the first 2 from the library.
