JumpyTheFrog
I've been testing my glucose after some meals because my dad is diabetic. I've noticed a pattern that if my glucose goes above 110-115 after a meal, I feel tired. I know this can happen to people at higher glucose levels, but why is it happening at this level? AK_Mom4
Probably because 110-115 IS HIGH for you - depending on what your pre-meal level is normally. You may be sensitive to sugar (different from being diabetic). I am diabetic and I personally find any jump more than 30 points after a meal makes me tired - regardless of where I start out before the meal. JumpyTheFrog
My fasting glucose is in the mid-90s and I definitely feel the best if I eat in a way that keeps my glucose below 105 at all times. I bought the monitor two months ago and since I started experimenting (in combination with some other new treatments), my CFS has started to get much, much better. I can drive again! I can even do some exercise!
