diaperjoys Posted August 15, 2011 Share Posted August 15, 2011 We just ordered R&S Reading, because we like having the Bible Stories at the center. However, now that we have it, I have two concerns, and I'm wondering if I should stick with CLE: 1) The lessons are LONG! Really long. Every day. 2) I'm not seeing what I expected in terms of reading comprehension. Is it a solid reading program, or is it more a great bible study program? Some families really like the Bible stories being incorporated in the Rod and Staff and others would prefer a separate Bible study. Some families like the format of CLE versus Rod and Staff.
