For 5th grade I decided a change was in order and we started out doing Learning Language Arts through Literature. It just wasn't working so switched mid year back to VIE again. Only finished two chapters of the book. Now beginning 6th grade. Is there much difference between the 5th and 6th grade book? I know 5th is introducing and 6th is mastering. Would it make sense to continue the 5th grade one, but get the 6th grade workbook or just continue with all 5th grade stuff. Then we'll jump to 7th grade at the end of the year. WWYD?
