I'm looking for a site that would let me know ahead of time if there is anything that I should be aware of (mature plots, language, etc.) before they start reading the book. Many of them are wonderful for book recommendations and reviews. However, I'm not aware of the sort of "warnings" site that you're talking about other than Commonsense.
