I seem to remember a long while back someone posted a link to some material to jump start calculus so that a student would be better prepared to tackle calculus based physics concurrently with a normal calculus course. I've searched & scoured threw old threads and cannot locate the post that I remember. Does anyone recall the thread I'm referring to and have a link to the resource? Thanks!
