I'm right in the middle of a textbook right now that I can access online or download a chapter at a time for my Kindle.... and I'm not really enjoying it. It's doable, but having to choose between the computer screen glare and the Kindle screen size, I'd rather have paper. If I had the giant Kindle, though, I think it would be fine. ETA: Actually if they format the textbook well, the little Kindle probably could be fine - I don't have any trouble reading regular books on it, it's just having a pdf transferred for this particular book... the size isn't right and I can't adjust it the way I want to.
