I thought that it was only available with Discovery Streaming Plus but I just have the basic version and the lessons are all there. I clicked on a lesson and then chose "More in this Series" and it is not even listed. We will need to contact DS to let them know I guess. I've had these in "My Content" for a year now (we're just now finishing up the Elementary Spanish program), and missing lesson 44 has bugged me.
