Marsha
I have lots of books and they are on bookshelves. They seem like clutter. What are some ways you store your books and make them accessible without bookshelves?

ChrissySC
Magazine holders, cereal boxes, poptart boxes, baskets, bins, totes ... anywhere that they will fit! Some are stacked waste high on the floor in my room. Are we supposed to put books away? I didn't know. LOL
MeganW
I found a ton of interlocking navy milk crates on clearance. I'm in the process of sorting the books by topic. I have them stacked 4 high and 4 wide. Not going to say my wall of milk crates is the most beautiful, but it is sturdy and the holes allow me to wire in bookends, so the kids can manage to put books away without the bookends getting knocked over! jenL
I have several Rubbermaid-type bins with covers, and I have the books sorted by topic/age range. They are stacked in our office. Not the ideal look, but it's working for us right now.
