Mosaicmind Posted June 13, 2011 Share Posted June 13, 2011 Our ped referred ds/11 to a well known child psychiatry unit at a children's hospital about an hour away. The process is just beginning as I got the 5pg form that I have to fill out and my ped got her forms to fill out so we can get him scheduled. I am going to get the forms filled out today and get them sent in. I am really not in control of what tests they do. These forms have to be sent in before an appointment is made. But, what tests should I hope they do or inquire about? He definitely has ADHD (severe) but we now suspect he has Aspergers and SPD. My ped is not requesting the testing; I am. I just want to know for sure what we are up against and to see if there's anything that can be done to help him. I need all the help and advice I can get.
