Maybe it wasn't body type... it might have been something like "constitutions". But one of you posted links to books and cookbooks on amazon for it. Do either of you know what I'm talking about? If so, what is the name of what I'm trying to describe? (I've lost my little slip of paper I jotted it all down on by the computer.) Thanks! I still have MUCH to learn about it. But what I am reading is absolutely fascinating. Here are some threads that may have the info you're looking for. I wish I had more time to read up on this, as well as to fully implement it. I'm a huge believer so far.
