Beach Mom Posted May 7, 2011 Share Posted May 7, 2011 Never mind the how - but I need to get a dark colored nail polish out of a light colored berber carpet before DH comes home on Sunday. We are trying to get the house ready for market and this is the only carpet in our downstairs. It is nearly new and not.in.the.budget to replace it. Red polish on beige carpet. :001_huh: I sat and alternated polish remover on a ripped tshirt and oxyclean and spot shot carpet cleaner. I sat for a good hour just working with the cleaners and the cloth. I was actually getting kind of excited for new carpet....but it completely came out. You honestly wouldn't know it was ever there.
