Xuzi
Our current printer is about to bite the dust, so we'll need a new one. We've had HP's in the past, but the quality seems to keep going down, while the ink usage has continued to go UP (seriously, one cartridge lasted us *two weeks* and I wasn't even printing off very much). We want an all-in-one (printer/scanner/copier), preferably wireless, and also preferably less than $100 (but we can be flexible), and a conservative ink drinker. Any recommendations? sparrow
:lurk5: Our Canon bit the dust, so we bought an HP because Canon ink was so expensive. I cannot believe the ink the HP guzzles! The expensive Canon ink and the ridiculous ink usage of the HP make them about even. I'm giving my dad the HP and looking for a less thirsty printer. I'm willing to go up to about $150. ereks mom
I'm about to buy an Epson to replace my HP ink-drinker. We've had the HP for a few years, and it's starting to have issues. I want something besides an HP this time, so I chose an Epson. I'm going to order it tonight or tomorrow from Amazon. It's just over $200, however, which I know is more than you wanted to spend. My HP was over $300, so the Epson is a bargain.
FlockOfSillies
I'd go with Canon or Epson -- something with separate ink tanks.
