Daisy Posted April 30, 2011 Share Posted April 30, 2011 Just wanted to give a big shout out about the customer service at Trigger Memory System. I know in the past there has been mention of problems with that. I received my Times Tales dvd months ago but didn't put the pdf disk in until yesterday. It was blank! (Yeah, I should have checked it when I bought it. Duh, me). I emailed the company and they responded promptly and are mailing out my replacement disk on Monday.
