Holly in FL Posted April 21, 2011 Share Posted April 21, 2011 I have been using Doughmaker's products for a number of years for all my bakeware...and, just love it. However, the bread/loaf pans do not have high sides. I always feel as though I could get a higher rise from my whole wheat bread if the sides were higher. True??...maybe. Anyhoo, I don't want to use anything that is nonstick. So, I've been looking at the stoneware products made by Hartstone. Does anyone use them for baking their bread? Any opinions?
