K8LYN Posted April 7, 2011 Share Posted April 7, 2011 Wow- as part of IEP teams and IDT teams all the time, I would hate for a parent (or colleague) to ever feel that I not only disagreed with another team member, but actually belittled their intelligence. Very unprofessional. The whole point of a team is to have the different perspectives to work together to find the best solutions. I would find new professionals.
