theYoungerMrsWarde
I have the instruction to make one, but is it a one-time only thing? Does the paint water-proof it? I want to make one that can be used lots of times. Is there something I could coat it with?

Alenee
No, not the wrong board.:) I don't think they're usually waterproof, however you could try putting some sort of shellac on it and see what happens. I'm trying to think back to my 6th grade paper mache apple...seems like we put some sort of finishing spray on it. Otherwise, when we've made the volcanoes, I insist on tossing them afterward because I assume they would begin to stink. hth
