DragonFaerie Posted March 24, 2011 Share Posted March 24, 2011 Do you finish all the lessons, workbooks, etc, even if you have to go past the "last" day of school? Or do you finish school on your last planned day, whether you've finished all the work or not? We have gotten behind on our work these last couple of months and while the organized, orderly part of me cannot stand to leave things unfinished, the mom side of me wants to be done with school on time for the summer. If we haven't finished math by the end of the school year we'll keep at it until it's done (and when that's done we'll do MM sheets for review). Finishing history I'm less concerned about (especially since my kids are still young). I find time throughout the summer when the neighbors can't play for whatever reason to do a bit more history and science if there are lessons we haven't done, but only math and some LA things have to be 100% complete before next school year.
