Jonibee
Is it possible? Specifically wondering about AP English Language, Calculus (DIVE CLEP professor).
abbeyej
Yes, you can take the exam without taking an AP course. Obviously it will be a waste of money if you haven't prepared for the exam, but it's not necessary or required that one be in an AP-designated class. And colleges care far more for a good score on the exam than an AP on the transcript.
FaithManor
Dd did not have trouble with her AP chemistry exam and she did not take a class. But, then we found out that pre-med students can't AP out anything science or math oriented. So, it was all for nought! Faith
