The day they came, it was pouring rain so when I opened the box, all the books were soaked on one side. (Oddly enough, the box wasn't wet.) I could still use them once they dry, but not too thrilling after spending $80! I called and the folks were so nice and she sent a replacement set that day. They came yesterday and I opened the box, but one of the teacher's manuals was missing and I got an extra student book. I called them today and again, they were very nice and they're sending the teacher's book (2 day air) and she told me to keep the extra student book. It's so refreshing to have a company acknowledge AND correct their mistake in such a friendly way. They've earned my loyalty! Peace, Rene P.S. The books look very engaging as well.
