ELaurie
Here are three random samples of ds 8's narrations for history. He does the talking, I do the writing :tongue_smilie: They are unedited, and all are based upon SOTW. Cyrus the Great Cyrus was a fair and good king. He let everyone, including Jews, worship their own gods. Cyrus was the ruler of Persia and he ruled over vast and large lands. It was probably easiest to conquer the Babylonians because they were sick and tired of having an unfair king. Astyagis Astyagis was the king of Persia, and he would do anything to keep his crown. Once, he had a dream that his baby grandson would take his throne form him and kill him. He told his advisor to kill the baby, but instead he gave him to a shepherd. He grew up and was recognized by the king. He tried to behead his advisor, but he fled and helped the grandson steal the throne. Alexander the Great Greece was very weak, and Philip of Macedonia took it over. He died, so his son Alexander (later, the Great) took over. But Alexander wasn't happy because he didn't rule enough land, so he decided to take over Persia, and he did. Then, he decided to take over India, and he tried, but his soldiers were getting killed, and they refused to fight. One day, he decided to go on a military expedition to take over more of India, but he died first. Alexander's empire was the biggest empire in the ancient world.
