tiffanieh
We do MUS but I'm noticing that my kids do not know how to do mental math. MUS does not teach this at all. I want to use MUS as our core, but want to supplement with Singapore. I was on the Singapore website and got a bit overwhelmed, not sure what exactly we should use??? Workbook? Textbook? Both? I don't exactly want to be doing TWO math programs simutaneously so how exactly will this work?
AngelBee
I am in the same boat! Love MUS, but looking to add to it. :)

boscopup
Have you looked at the Math Mammoth blue (topical) series? That would be really easy to supplement with, and it teaches the same mental math techniques, has word problems, uses the bar diagrams, etc.
kristinannie
Have you looked at supplementing with miquon? I am not sure of the ages of your kids.
