LilyK
Hi, My ds is starting algebra one in the fall, so I am now on the lookout for a good, rigorous, geometry program with lots of proofs. His algebra one book will be a local public school text from Mcdougall Littel, excellent book!

Dani n Monies Mom
Another vote for Life of Fred. Very proof heavy.
Gwen in VA
Geometry by Jurgensen, Brown, and Jurgensen (McDougall-Littel) is VERY proof-intensive.
Beth in Central TX
I'm not sure about best, but here is another option: http://www.solomonovich.com/geometry/
Michelle in MO
what he recommends. Here's the link: http://www.oplink.net/~adrian/ I'm using Chalkdust Geometry, which does have proofs. I would also recommend Jacob's 2nd or 3rd edition, with the AskDrCallahan DVD's.
Claire in NM
This geometry course is heavy in proofs, and it is like purchasing a high school teacher. I especially like the lecture CDs because they explain the concepts and even add additional explanations. This is expecially good if you feel that you are unable to teach proofs or if you just want to do a thorough job. I also like it because it exposes my ds to what lectures in a classroom might be like. It is expensive, but I have found the cost very much worth it. You might want to check out their website.
