brasilmom
Hi all, Me and my child would like to try a bit of watercolor. Since neither one of us know anything about it, I wonder if anyone in the forum can give me some ideas or suggest books that would work for elementary school children. Nothing too fancy, just practical guide to try it out. Thanks. Be well Miriam
ErinD
Try doing a search on www.harmonyartmom.blogspot.com; I think she has tutorials or links to them, so you may be able to find what you're looking for on her blog. My daughter loves using watercolour pencils in her nature journal and then doing the water part when she gets home again - we've had some very nice results. brasilmom
Thank you for the link and book. I will check them both out and also try to get some supplies at Michael's. At least I can use the coupon and not feel too bad about it.
