Sell house...please sell! I did "three-way" real estate faxing on Saturday. I signed a form from the realtor and faxed it to dh for him to sign and he faxed it back to me and I faxed it back to the realtor. Meanwhile, she faxed another form to me for my records. Now we sit and wait for loan commitment (and another bout of faxing). This was the purchasing side of the transaction.
