Anyone with the artisan bread in five minutes book? Could I get a recipe from you?

I know this is asking a lot, but I really wanted to make the montreal style bagels tomorrow for the family, and my neighbor (who I usually borrow the book from) is out of town.

 

I know how to make them, so I don't need the instructions, but I can't remember the ingredients/amounts.

 

If anyone felt so inclined, I'd really appreciate it!

 

Make sure it's the Montreal kind, not the regular.

1 1/2 cups lukewarm water

1 T yeast

2 t kosher salt

5 T sugar

2 T honey

1 egg

3 T canola oil

3 T malt powder

4 1/4 cups bread flour

poppy or sesame seeds

whole wheat flour for peel
