The kids received a box of 280 blocks about five years ago and it's been one of the most played-with toys we've had. It's definitely the toy that gets played with by the widest variety of ages. The only problem is that with four kids they go through 280 blocks pretty fast (and for some reason, once one person starts building something they all want to build at the same time).
