DarlaS
It looks like my dual-enrolled student won't get to take this at the CC this semester (classes are all full). All his other high school requirements are fulfilled and it's not needed for his degree. I'd like to get this course done and consider him graduated. He will not be majoring in history or lit, so a textbook along with some original documents is what I have in mind. A college text would be great! Any suggestions for great texts/materials? (or horrible ones to avoid? :tongue_smilie:)
2cents
Check out CLEPing the course! You can get the study guide and if he passes the test you can also get college credit (check the individual college regs on CLEP).

There's probably a nice concise prep book out there somewhere that will get the job done (good enough for a future math/computer science major anyway)! He really doesn't need the credits (They sure wouldn't hurt him though), but that would be a good place to start looking. I could probably use a little refresher course myself. :tongue_smilie:
