Her new job starts in Dec, if she leaves with the kids she could be arrested for kidnapping, and if she leaves without them it's abandonment. We have a schism a mile wide. However, know that I understand the absolute evil weirdness of the family law system and battles. I'll pray for your sister, Remudamom.
