Evergreen State Sue Posted October 21, 2010 Share Posted October 21, 2010 (edited) I'm having a baked potato bar for a birthday party and I want to make sure those HUMONGOUS potatoes you get at Costco will be cooked through in time. I checked that thread that recommended how to bake a potato (wash, poke, rub with olive oil, sprinkle with Kosher salt, 400 degrees for 1 hour) but I'm assuming that is for regular potatoes. Thanks!
