cmarango Posted July 12, 2010 Share Posted July 12, 2010 I just received a call from the Citi fraud alert department stating that someone tried to charge over $300 on our card at an online chocolate store. Neither my dh or I eat chocolate. Thankfully, citi declined the charge and called us. Now, we have to go through the process of changing our account numbers everywhere since this is the only card that we tend to use. Anyhow, I know that it can be annoying when they freeze your card while you are out on vacation, but this time the fraud program helped.
