1bassoon
I need some advice! I own RS Spanish Levels 1 & 2, the old version. I have "some" of the texts, but this was before I got smart and told my children *not* to write in them to save them for their siblings. :glare: SO. I'm not sure what to do. I think it's hard to get the texts for the older version. My ds13 is ready for Spanish 1 as a 9th grader. Do I ask RS if they have an upgrade policy? I really can't spend the $$$ to buy the newer version, but I do have other students coming up behind him. Just use it w/o any texts? What might be a good grammar supplement? Grr. Wish I'd had more forethought. . . . . Thanks for any help you can offer!
Alyce
I needed one of the workbooks and they sent it to me along with an upgrade. I don't remember how much the book cost but the upgrade was free. That was about 2 years ago. Perhaps they'll still do it. I would give it a try. I've called their support several times and have always been treated very well. However I had originally purchased it from the company itself and they still had a record of it. Don't know what they'd do if you bought it used. 1bassoon
I bought it from Sonlight - I KNOW they still have a record of my purchase. Wonder if that will count?
Alyce
They may have some sort of agreement with the company and can work out something with you or will tell you to contact Rosetta Stone directly.
