Storm Bay Posted July 3, 2010 Share Posted July 3, 2010 This series focuses only on creative writing (at least Wordsmith Apprentice & Wordsmith, which are all we have so far). Wordsmith is divided into 3 parts, Word Games, Buiding Stronger Sentences & Now We're Writing! Each part id divided into chapters, and each chapter has several exercises. How long it will last depends on how often you do it & how much you assign. I don't have an exact count of the number of lessons, because the lessons aren't divided up in a way to do that without going through the entire book & counting them. We approach this as a "do what comes next" book & my dd's do this independently. My middle one has been working on it all year, but she hasn't done it every day.
