Plz help me think of pick up and teach" curric to use at co-op (any elementary grade)

I've been reinventing the wheel and trying to make up my own stuff every yr. I usually come up with amazing classes and have fun doing it, but I'm burned out and just want something easy for next yr. (I have a newly chronically ill child.) If it includes crafts, etc., they have to be super simple to pull together.

 

I can really probably pick any grade up to 6th. They are combined classes-grades 1/2, 3/4, 5/6.

 

My one thought so far (thanks K!) was Song School Latin for grades 1/2.

The Ellen McHenry stuff that we have done so far is pretty much pick up and teach. You might have to gather a limited number of supplies depending on which course - moreso for The Elements, say, than The Brain.

Story of the World! I've seen it offered at a few co-ops. The Activity Guide has it all set out for you as far as map work, crafts, games, extra books to read, etc. I'm not sure if the co-ops had people read the chapters at home or did it in class.

 

You may have to pay a bit extra for the copyright to copy it for a class. I think it says something about this in the front of the AGs. Anyway, this would be super simple to do.

We did SOTW (and had each family buy their own) but they're not doing history anymore, so even though it was good, SOTW is out of the running!
