TrixieB Posted March 19, 2010 Share Posted March 19, 2010 For the past 3 years I administered the IOWA test to my dc. The supplier I used is no longer providing the IOWA. My 6th grader has asked to use the PASS test. Supposedly it is more geared toward the child's actual ability, so if the child would "top out" on a traditional test, the PASS provides a test with a higher ceiling. Plus I also heard that the results include suggestions on "what to work on next." Has anyone used both the PASS and a traditional (IOWA, CAT, etc.) test? How does the PASS compare?
