Tech question for Mac users - need to decompress Windows plug-in

Recommended Posts

I want to view a TOG webinar, but could not access the video with QuickTime on my MacBook. I went to the Apple website and downloaded a Windows plug-in for viewing media, but I can't open it to install because it does not support my Stuffit Expander.

So now what do I need?

Blessings,

Lucinda

Oh my...the great mystery of life. I had the worst time trying to do this the other day. First, I had to use Safari as Firefox wouldn't allow me to do it. Second, I had to eventually restart my computer. I downloaded everything, unstuffed everything and then shut down and restarted. I went back to the web page with the video using Safari. I was successful at last! Good luck!
