5KidzRUs
I tried once to use the usps site to determine the postage to Canada but I somehow managed to end up paying twice as much when I got to the PO. How do I get a true estimate for mailing an Apologia Text (which weighs ... about 7 pounds????) from 66027 to Saskatchewan, Canada - postal code S7R 1E7? hsmom3tn
If I ship internationally, I only use Priority Mail. Priority Mail Flat Rate is usually the cheapest method anyway, since there is no longer a budget rate (like media mail) for shipping to Canada. I can't remember how much it is, but you should be able to find the price on the website or by asking a postal worker. Being flat rate, you don't have to worry about how much it weighs; there's just one price.
5KidzRUs
Would one Apologia text fit in an international flat rate priority mailer?
hsmom3tn
It should fit just fine in one of the medium flat rate boxes (the longer one). This is the one you would probably want: Medium Flat Rate Box International Rate: $25.60 (Mexico/Canada), $41.28 (all other countries) with online pricing You save $1.35 to $2.17 online Size: 11 7/8" x 3 3/8" x 13 5/8" Edited March 1, 2010 by hsmom3tn
