Did you purchase any of her books and if so which one? I looked at Making the Cut and it looks like it is meant for people who are pretty close to their ideal weight, which I am not. Thanks! Ruby Posted January 30, 2010 Share Posted January 30, 2010 I haven't read this one but I think Master Your Metabolism is more beginner friendly and goes through a lot of the basics. I think it takes you through the how's and whys of what you should be eating. Sneak a peak if you can find it at the store. We have a Target store here. You might check walmart or amazon.
