I don't know what part of them is weight watchers but they are sure fun to make and look fabulous . . . pink, green and white layers of cookie (did I mention cookies that have almond paste in the batter) layered with preserves and topped with melted chocolate. Here is a similar recipe I found on line. Really the only difference I could see was the ww's recipe called for low sugar preserves and didn't separate the eggs.
