pooh bear
I am going to be making these pretzels later Soft Giant Pretzels I would like to make them with raisins and cinnamon and have a couple of questions. 1) Should I add the cinnamon to the dough, or sprinkle it on after mixed with sugar? If I add it to the dough, how much should I add? If I sprinkle it on after, how much and how much sugar? 2) When should I add the raisins? chickenpatty
I would add the raisins to the dough and bake as directed. Once done, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Sounds yummy!

Tam101
Those look yummy! I have some dried cranberries that would be good in them too. I'd start with a 1/4 cup of raisins. Then add more if it need be. I'd also add about 1/4 tsp of Cinnamon to the dough then put cinnamon on them after they are done too. But I love cinnamon! Pretzels do count as dinner, right?
