christine in al
Does anyone here combine these? I have them all and hope to combine them. Does anyone find FLL and MCT to complement or conflict with one another. Is the terminology the same? I appreciate that the approaches are very different, but will they fight against each other? ~c. radiobrain
Why not just do them all and see who wins? :D I don't think terminology will be much of a problem, unless FLL & WWE use some oddballs. I would say that you should try to pick your "main one" and use the others as supplements, don't kill yourself (or kid) by doing every single assignment, and no matter what your kids will get what they need out of any and all of these. Do what feels right. I pick bits and pieces from a few different programs... it can be done w/o too much irritation. good luck!
christine in al
my Grammar is weak ( getting better all the time) and I agree with the "pick one and stick with it." but,, well, you know ;). I just wanted to make sure I wasn't running us in a ditch by adding MCT while continuing FLL and WWE. I'm going ot do Island Gramma with both , then do the reading, vocab, other MCT bits with the older one, and NOT add that to Little Bit's day until next year when I'll give Grammar Island a quick review and do the rest of the stuff with her. Thanks for the feedback. It really does help. I love this board. ~c.
