caitlinsmom
Our local veterans are donating the war memorial hall for every other week for our Girl Scout Meetings. I need to send them a thank you card for this donation but I am not sure how to address it. What would be the most appropriate way to address them? Any suggestions on the wording of the Thank you? I am horrible with words! (as anyone who has read a post of mine can see!!)

I am horrible with words! (as anyone who has read a post of mine can see!!) Something like: Dear Veterans (if they have a specific chapter, include whatever info: The Girl Scouts of....(name of city or chapter, etc.) want to express their appreciation for being allowed to use your hall for their meetings. Thank you so much for opening your doors for our organization and facilitating our meetings! This is such a tremendous blessing for us. Gratefully, The Girl Scouts (perhaps have as many kids as possible sign their first names)
